No. We sell our cabinets wholesale direct to contractors, builders, installers, kitchen and bath dealers, remodelers, and multi-family projects.
Depending on the size of individual orders, MOST cabinet orders scheduled for delivery or freight are ready to load on trucks within 7-12 days.
Note: Additional services such as assembly an add extra days to lead time.
Yes. Our cabinets can be delivered and picked up, pre-assembled for your convenience. Please coordinate with your sales representative after your account has been approved.
Depending on the size of individual orders, most assembled cabinet orders are ready for pickup or delivery within 2 weeks.
Yes. A representative of your organization must provide contact information and be present to sign-off on the delivery. Please plan to unloading your delivery, as our drivers do not assist in the process.
We will do our best to advise you of a more precise delivery window prior to the delivery date. Drivers should be contacting you approximately 30 minutes out from arrival to coordinate.
- Refunds typically take 1-2 weeks to post back to the original card processed. A Refund Request Form must be requested, filled, and approved before a refund can be issued.
- We do not accept any returns after 45 days from the invoice date.
- We do not accept returns on assembled items.

Yes! All account holders are provided basic complimentary design services. We only utilize account holder measurements and all in-person or virtual design sessions require the account holder to be present. Please submit a Drawing Request Form to get your design in queue. Lead time for scheduled layout design averages 3-5 days. Not all designers create estimates. Please contact your sales rep for more information. See our full policy here: Design Services Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we are not made aware of backorders in advance. We will do our best to inform all clients of out of stock and low inventory items, and work to find alternative solutions. We order large quantities of cabinets each day, and appreciate your patience and cooperation as we await our shipments.
Orders cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of their stated "Ready By" date on invoices.
Cancellation requests must made through your representative or in-person.
